Haggerston West and Kingsland Estates

Following the successful ballot giving a 70% yes vote for transfer to the London and Quadrant Housing Association Frost Associates are now acting as Project Monitors for the London Borough of Hackney for the demolition and redevelopment of approximately 750 dwellings, shops and a community centre.

London Borough of Enfield

Frost Associates are currently providing cost consultancy and procurement assistance for the proposed redevelopment of approximately 120 dwellings and retail space on the Highmead Estate.

Norton House

This predominantly refurbishment project for which Frost Associates are providing an Employer’s Agent service for Tower Hamlets Community Housing has now been completed on time and within budget.

Ocean Estate

Frost Associates provided financial and procurement consultancy services for the Competitive Dialogue process which has now been successfully completed with the appointment of East Thames Housing Group as the developer/RSL for this mixed refurbishment and new build project for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets of over 2000 dwellings.

Old Bethnal Green Road

Frost Associates have been appointed as Employer’s Agent/Project Monitors and CDM Co-ordinators on the above new build for sale project for Tower Hamlets Community Housing of 53 dwellings and a community centre which is currently under construction.

Queensbridge Quarter (Formerly known as Holly St. Phase 6B)

Frost Associates are acting as Project Monitors on this 140 dwelling cross subsidy project for which the first phase of affordable dwellings for Hackney Council has been handed over together with the first phase of private dwellings for sale. Phase 2 is now under construction.

St. Pancras Chambers

This major refurbishment creating  67 flats and a 244 room hotel adjacent to St. Pancras Station for which Frost Associates are acting as S106 monitors on behalf of the London Borough of Camden is now nearing completion.

Tarling Community Centre

This new build project in Tower Hamlets on which Frost Associates have acted as Employers Agent was shortlisted for the HCA Sustainable Futures Award.

Woodberry Down Estate

The Competitive Dialogue Process has now been completed culminating in the appointment of Berkeley Homes & Genesis  Housing Group for this redevelopment project of approximately 4300 affordable and private dwellings in Hackney. Construction of the first phase has commenced and Frost Associates continue to provide cost consultancy/business planning & monitoring services.
