New Cross Gate NDC – Healthy Living Centre

Negotiations on the business plan and Principal Development Agreement are being finalised with the preferred developer for this mixed development project including approximately 160 affordable and private dwellings in addition to the NDC Centre.

Queensbridge Quarter (Formerly known as Holly St. Phase 6B)

Frost Associates are acting as Project Monitors on this 140 dwelling cross subsidy project for which the first phase of affordable dwellings for Hackney Borough will be handed over in April 2008 at the same time as releasing the first phase of private dwellings for sale.

London Borough of Barnet

Frost Associates provision of cost & business planning consultancy services to the Borough under the Framework Agreement are continuing. The Stonegrove Estate redevelopment of approximately 1000 dwellings and community facilities with Barratt Homes and Family Mosaic Housing Association is due to commence on site shortly and the selection of a developer using a Competitive Dialogue procedure for the redevelopment of the Dollis Valley Estate will take place later this year.

Old Bethnal Green Road

Frost Associates have been appointed as Employer’s Agent and CDM Co-ordinators on the above new build project for Tower Hamlets Community Housing of approximately 50 dwellings and a community centre for which tender returns are due in the middle of February.

Haggerston West and Kingsland Estates

A very successful ballot giving a 70% yes vote for transfer to the London and Quadrant Housing Association was achieved in August. Frost Associates are now involved in completing the negotiations of the Principal Development Agreement before the transfer in March of these two estates for demolition and redevelopment with approximately 750 dwellings, shops and a community centre.

Woodberry Down Estate

The Competitive Dialogues with the two shortlisted Registered Social Landlords and the two shortlisted Developers are progressing on this redevelopment project of approximately 4300 affordable and private dwellings in Hackney.

Ocean Estate

Frost Associates are providing financial and procurement consultancy services to Tower Hamlets on this mixed refurbishment and new build project of over 2000 dwellings on which the Invitations to Participate in Competitive Dialogue have just been issued to the shortlisted bidders.

Norton House

This predominantly refurbishment project for which Frost Associates are providing an Employer’s Agent service for Tower Hamlets Community Housing is nearing completion on time and within budget.
